No guaranteed results

Paid advertising performance is affected by many factors outside any agency's control, including platform changes, competition and seasonality. We commit to professional, diligent work toward agreed goals; we cannot promise a specific return, ranking or revenue figure.

Our services rely on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for changes they make or actions they take on your accounts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AdSynergy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law
